Return & Refund Policies
We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery.
We want you to be happy by doing purchase from our selling platform, If due to some reason the quality of the product looks compromised. We will take the returned product back and issue a credit note for the same value in your account which will be used to pay your subsequent bills.
All claims need to be made to our customer service branch inside 24 hrs of shipping. We request that the damaged gadgets acquired be back to us with original producer’s/supplier’s packing. We will refund for your account if the equal gadgets are not to be had.
